Final Sales
- Custom video orders are final once production begins.
Refunds Are Possible If:
- The content has not yet been created.
- A mistake occurred on our side (wrong model, wrong theme).
- The video was not delivered at all.
No Refunds For:
- Personal dissatisfaction if all original requirements were followed.
- Change of mind after production has started.
